Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

Account Registration

To access the full range of 88fb8 services, you must create an account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

• Account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 88fb8 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

88fb8 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason for that refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

88fb8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two business hours. 88fb8 does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and cannot be waived under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods and up to one business day for bank transfers, following the completion of any applicable KYC review.

• 88fb8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether a previous KYC submission has been accepted.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 88fb8 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any funds identified as being deposited through a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be returned to the originating source and the account will be subject to investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

88fb8 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the stated expiry date and time (Bangladesh Standard Time) will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute 0% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may lead to account closure.
• One bonus at a time: A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the new deposit does not automatically trigger a new bonus unless the previous bonus has been cleared or has expired.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 88fb8 platform are subject to the rules published within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Final result: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation except in circumstances specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant market (e.g., early cash-out where available).
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game or betting session, 88fb8 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs. Where this is not possible, bets affected by a proven technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings resulting from a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by product, market type, and account level.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fb8 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 88fb8 support immediately upon discovery.

• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit after it has been used for wagering.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

Responsible Gaming
